Password had become an inevitable means in our daily lives. But we are suffering a disease called password syndrome.
Password has become a common means in our life and work. In modern high-tech, information-oriented society, many people especially young and middle aged white-collar workers often uses the password in following field: savings accounts, credit cards, phone cards, bags, electronic mail and so on. Password can provide people with a sense of security. Using password items may prevent others from stealing properties or keep confidentiality of its contents.
However, password also brings troubles. First, a large number of passwords are difficult to remember, we can only record them on papers or force us to memory them; second, the password is knew by others. And the losses can not be compensated. As a result, some people are confused by passwords so that they suffer from the password syndrome.
We need various cards in our lives, so passwords inevitably exist everywhere. The simple password will be easily stole by others; the difficult one is very hard to memory. Before entering a password, we have to think over for a long time. We are haunted by the feeling of tension, anxiety, fear of a syndrome. Password syndrome reflects people’s strong psychological defense awareness under competitive pressure. People who have password syndrome posses strong distrust to
outside world.
I think the root of password syndrome is that we are too nervous in daily lives. So it is better to wear mbt shoes to run in the early morning. After the exercise, both our minds and bodies will have good mood. Those bad emotions will soon go away.
