Doing aerobic exercises is all about getting your heart rate up (but not too high) and conditioning your muscles to do what they do best - maintain a strong support system for your body. Sweating is healthy too as it rids toxins from your body. Take special care to replace all fluid lost so you do not become dehydrated. Aerobic exercises also bring more oxygen into your body, which helps to burn fat and strengthen those muscles you are conditioning. Most people work way too hard to burn fat. You will likely be pleasantly surprised when you find your body will burn its fat naturally if you are doing aerobic exercises on a regular basis.

Your body's systems are designed to maintain "normal" body functions at all times. Doing aerobic exercises causes the body to work harder as it tries to regulate its systems. Putting your body in motion requires more oxygen and a raised heart rate. The oxygen rejuvenates the blood, which then strengthens the muscles involved in the movement. Over time, your body will readjust its normal patterns to accommodate the regular activity. Your body will burn fat more easily and better absorb the nutrients you consume. When all of systems work together (healthy diet and exercise), you are going to find that you are much stronger than you thought you would be. Aerobic exercises train your body to achieve the same result without working as hard. Your stamina will increase while the effort to achieve the same result decreases. Your body will make better use of its fat stores, naturally causing you to be leaner, stronger, and overall healthier. The human body is an amazing organism. It adapts to changes quickly, so you'll need to make sure you don't plateau. Change your workouts and provide your body a variety of aerobic exercises.
